Equity Partner on Portfolio Acquisition
If anyone is interested in an equity play on a portfolio - reach out. Need a bigger balance sheet. Essentially what I need is someone with the balance sheet to justify the loan. They are down to do Seller Financing (significant) if someone else has the liquidity and or significant equity to cover.

Purchase Price: $2,680,000
Gross Rents: $22,537/month (below market)
Current Occupancy: 100%
DSCR Loan: 70% LTV, 25 year amortization, 5 year ARM, 15 year balloon.
