Looking for Property Manager
I just bought a newly remodeled home with 2 doors that look like they fit the 30 day plus rental market. Both units are newly furnished. I do not live in the area and want a property manager familiar with this market and rental strategy.
Thought this would be the easy part but turning out to be a steep learning curve so far...
Hey @Timothy Hornecker, is the property in Portland itself?
Were they furnished with the intention of doing nightly rentals and then the restrictive ordinances put the kilbash on that?
