Hello ( all due respect to agents) a realtor is not where the deals are. Connect with those that provide OFF market properties with PM in place. Also make sure your team has a long-term mutual benefit. A realtor will sell you a property and move on.

Not for me. Brandon has helped me with contractors etc… and can see in front of his face and is not one and done. That has not been my experience with Brandon Kosek at BWE.

Maybe you found a good one. I have done 100s and 100s and 100s of deals out there never using a realtor. Also, I know what pricing for repairs should be. I have found that when you have a team that does a ton of repairs/ renos you get the best pricing.
