Looking for a mentor
I am working with Josh Green in the area. He is sending me properties for house hacking. I know hes most likely a busy guy and will be giving me advice on what to do. Is there anyone in the area that is doing this with a full time job? Would be nice to meet someone to become friends with and go from there in my area. Please reach out. I need someone to hold me more accountable. Putting my feet to the flame basically. Im having the analysis paralysis with the high interest rates and being somewhat picky on the houses.
