Local contractor looking to find out or work with someone to flip

Hey all

I am a local handyman/ contractor who has been listening to bigger pockets for a few years. Like some. Have not made the move to buy a property to flip. 
the long term goal would be to create brrr’s but need a creative way to finance that. 
If anyone is in the area southern DE and looking for someone to help out with their rentals for I would be happy to help out in many areas. I have a lot of management experience and customer relationship experience. I would be very interested to see what we can get moving together.

Start doing work for investors, mention your interest in investing in real estate. If you do good work there are a ton of investors who would take you up on this, depending on how much of a rehab you can take on.
