 Congratulations on your first steps!  I wish you much success.  As you conduct your search, consider looking for a CPA/Tax Advisor who is fully knowledgeable in your business area/investment interests.  Often times, people focus their search in a specific geographic area and rob themselves of getting a perfect match.
