That said, you can browse this forum and find another 20+ of my colleagues who are not local. We all work nationwide.
I use Roger Herring - the Investor's accountant. He only deals with folks that deal with real estate. He's pricey but worth it. :) If you take advantage of the meeting time you have with him, you can really get some awesome strategies! (Like spousal LLCs if you happen to be married).
Roger is out of Lawrenceville. Most things are done remotely, but he will hold seminars that are in Lawrenceville.
