I'm a investor based in CA focusing on fixing up and developing vacant lots. I'm trying to expand my footprint out of state. I love FL and that's the first place I'm looking at.
I’m a direct buyer (NOT A WHOLESALER).
I'm an active investor (not passive). I can fly over to get the deals done, or even put up a team and get my hands dirty.
Criteria:
MFH/APT
5+ Units
$2M and under
Location: preferably Miami or vicinity, Orlando is also possible
Looking for deals, advices, professionals and partners if everything clicks!
When I search for MFH in Miami, a lot of them have zoning issues. Duplex with 5 units, Triplex with 12 units. Seems Miami is pretty loose on zoning.
Lance, I'm out of Sacramento and I've spent several months in Miami looking for the same type of deals but mostly under $1M. Connect with me, maybe we can help each other. I get a list from some wholesalers in the area. Im definitely looking to JV on something. I can be boots on the ground. The last two deals that I've done were JVs met through bigger pockets
