ISO Mentor to Help Kick Off My Investment Journey
My name is Heather, and I am a licensed Realtor in San Antonio and South/Central Texas. I'm looking for a mentor to help me through my first personal investment purchase and flip, and I know the Bigger Pockets community will come through for me!
I know the real estate side of the business, am very knowledgeable about the majority of the greater San Antonio area, and am not afraid of hard work. My financial resume is extremely strong (cash reserves, excellent credit, strong income, asset portfolio), and I'm looking for investors to join me as well. The best kind of mentor for me would be someone who will sit down with me in person to discuss things and help me funnel the resources and knowledge I've gleaned from so many sources into a solid plan of action.
With all the studying I've done I think I'm suffering from analysis paralysis and I need someone to help me make the leap!
