Hard money lender
I found an amazing deal for a fix and flip, this will be my second property as I am rarely new to the game. The property is asking 290,000 but owner is willing to take 260k. The area has comps ranging from 1 million and up. I am looking for a hard money lender and would love any advice or quality contacts.

@Jack Tulloch can potentially help with this! He does hard money and knows the Denver market very well
I would say check out Muletown Lending! I work with them and they are awesome! They are also local to Denver.
