partnering on a deal in Reno/Sparks
Hello BP fam,
I invest in Reno/Sparks NV. I am looking for a partner to collaborate on my next deal with.
A little bit about me: I'm a newer invester, landlord, and DIYer. I invest in Reno/Sparks NV. I self manage my rental and just finished a year of renovations on my primary. I bring boots on the ground, experience with smaller renovations, and one year of self managing my rental under my belt.
My W2 gives me more time off than most careers which has allowed me to be scrappy and use my time towards pursuing my larger goals. However, scrappiness can only take you so far in a RE market (Reno, NV) that is pricey. With that said, I love the area, am very bullish on Reno/Sparks over the long term, and I've been here since '08 so know the area very well.
My goal is to continue to grow my RE portfolio. I've missed out on a few deals recently due to lack of funding. This has led me to the conclusion that I can only go so far by myself and would rather try a partnership to grow my RE portfolio.
