Hey @Kandis Martin - What is your clients' purchasing power?  The south side of Chicago will vary greatly in cost depending on the area.  Are there any specific neighborhoods or returns your client is looking for?

Hello Jonathan,

Thank you for your reply.  My client is flexible on budget, but ideally would like to be as close as possible to a 10% cap rate.  Ideally, he'd like to secure a property in the southeast neighborhoods like South Shore or further west like Brainerd or Beverly/Morgan Park areas.

What are your thoughts or suggestions??
