Looking For Flip Partners/Investors in markets near Colorado - (KS, MO, NE, & beyond)
Hello! I'm an Agent/Investor in Denver,CO and have completed 6 flips with a partner in the last 2 years, while selling real estate full time. I would like to branch out into a different market outside of Colorado, and am looking to network with other Fix & Flippers in different markets. Willing to JV partner with individuals or simply network with other investors to see if I can add value in any way, and learn about or branch out into a different market. I have some funds and a large HELOC at my disposal and the ability to qualify for loans if need be. Hey @Jordan Sherrill I am still in Colorado, but I'm interested in doing more of this in Colorado Springs. I did one last year, but would like to do another one this year. Not sure how much value I can give you on the flipping side, but would be interested in connecting.
