Syndication Attorney recommendation

I am a real estate agent in San Antonio and we have a MULTIFAMILY purchase that requieres legal assistance with syndication, any lawyer recommendations you could share?

I would highly recommend Mauricio Rauld and Bethany LaFlam at Premier Law Group.
They've helped me syndicate over $100M and assets and work with many well known syndicators here on BP.
Mauricio also has an amazing Facebook group and YouTube channel where he provides tremendous education on syndications, funds, and all the securities rules around creating them and running them.
