Is this for a primary residence purchase or investment property. You can use projected rents on a DSCR loan and conventional loans.

@Kayla C. so you need a lender that can use the rental income from your existing properties so you can purchase a new home? Is that right? Or are you needing help using the rental income on your new home that you are purchasing? In either case, there are plenty of lenders that can help with this.
