We are currently needing to hire a couple of experienced agents in the Dallas-Ft. Worth, TX area that are familiar with working online leads. Any suggestions on the best online channels to locate experienced agents? We just launched our new Dallas-Fort Worth real estate website and leads have literally been through the roof and agents are unable to keep up with the lead volume.
