Recommendations for DSCR Loan lenders for less than $100k Cleveland, OH

Looking for recommendations on DSCR lenders who would do DSCR loans under 100k in Cleveland, OH area. I can qualify for conventional loan, but I'm looking for delayed financing with better LTV and think DSCR loans can offer that. All the folks I have spoken to have $100k min, and searching through the older posts here could not find much leads. Appreciate any guidance!

I have some lenders that can fund down to 75k and in some cases 55k funded. They're not common but they are out there.
