WANTED: Part-Time Boots on the Ground
Overview
We are looking for some boots on the ground in our target markets. The job will mostly involve taking photos of properties we have in contract, though some other responsibilities are outlined below.
This is a part time position. Our markets are:
- Columbus, OH
- Cincinnati, OH
- Indianapolis, IN
We also operate in the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
- Take high quality photos of properties in contract, collect condition info where needed
- Bring contracts and amendments to sellers who do not have access to email
- Complete more in-depth valuations of property condition to assist in rehab estimation
- Occasionally, initial site visits and contract negotiations (with a potential for a bonus)
Qualifications
- Available up to 10 hours a week
- Access to a car and a newer smart phone model
- Comfortable interacting with homeowners
- Professional grade camera a bonus
- Experience in real estate a bonus
Compensation
We are offering $50 for every site visit. The photo appointments are expected to take 30 minutes. Most appointments will be faster.
