 Hi Sophie, you might be able to meet some private lenders at the meetups, just keep asking around.   I use https://www.w2capcapital.com/a... for hard money.  Jay Helms is one of the owners and lives in Gulf Breeze.   If you have your documents in order, they can fund deals with lightning speed and minimal hassle.   Let them know I sent you.
