I am interested in investing in Independence, Kansas City area. Can someone recommend a local agent to work with?

When you ask for a real estate agent you know we will come out of the woodwork :). I am a licensed agent in Missouri and Kansas and an investor (looking for my first deal). I live in Lee's Summit just south of Independence and service the entire KC Metro. Let me know if you would like to setup some time to talk and discuss your strategy and buy box.
