One of my investors has $50K that is going to be invested in a rehab deal in about 3-4 weeks. However, it is just sitting in the bank account not growing.

So...if you have a wholesale deal and you need $50K for 1 day (that means you have a lined up buyer), let me know.

I can lend that $50K for 2% for 1 day.

To qualify, you need to submit:

1) Your signed purchase contract from your seller (A to B)

2) Your signed sales contract to your buyer (B to C)

3) Proof of Funds of your C Buyer (your C buyer needs to be a Cash Buyer)

4) Contact info of the Title company you're using to close the transaction
