I am new to this forum and would like to introduce myself as a connector/matchmaker

My name is Victor Kowalenko.

I connect Wholesalers with Cash buyers  and Cash Buyers with Wholeslaers.

My cash buyers list consists of:

Landlords, renovators, fix & flippers, Asset Managers, Property Managers and small hedge funds.

Right now I am building a list of local wholesalers in Biloxi and Gulfport Ms. and Mesa AZ. who have Single family homes with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths in relatively good, safe neighborhoods requiring cosmetic work to quickly get ready for rentals. ( some of my buyers will look at major renovations but at a steep discount to ARV to allow for all parties to make some money)
