Searching for Clients who need Lead Generation and REI Funding

I've learned two skilled services for REI: lead generation and brokering (private money). I have these skills well trained, but I'm looking for people who need residential qualified leads or funding for their REI work. Here's where I'm looking to find people:

Lead generation locations: Twin Cities (MN), Columbus (OH)

Private Money Brokering: National (exclude: CA, OR, ID, NV, UT, AZ, MN, SD, ND, NY, VT, NJ, NC)
