Hello there my name is Glenn, I am very eager to get into the investment game. I have been a contractor for myself for 3-4 years but have been in the industry for 15 years or so. I have lots of info that I have gained over the years and want to get into a good fix n flip or a multi family deal I am just in the edge of what I consider knowing enough and I am a bit cash poor as I have been hit with some unforeseen situations. Our ex landlord decided to sell their property and so in lieu of that we lost our place to live. A client we had told us that they were good and had a place for us to move into but literally last min they said that their lawyer told them that it was not a good situation for them. Well it was a terrible situation for us since we gave them a killer deal of work for 40$ a hour for ourselves or our guys tied in with giving them a couple months of free work for the help they were giving us just to be turned away last min. We get our work from Facebook groups and we get more work as the current one is closing up. This is not the best system for finding work. To be honest we started out with the know how when it can to building but our business skills lacked for sure. We are looking for someone that would like to partner up or you could call it taking us under their wings and help guide us through the process of stream lining our business and incorporating investing into that as well. You here about everyone getting properties no out of pocket expense, I get that is not the way it is but we can make good money and have made good money with investors. We are really looking for someone that may want a good contractor that they don’t have to worry about being ripped off and that can get good deals on materials 10-50% off some materials and that is willing to let us use our work to get us into our first deal so that from the profits and the experience of that first deal will hopefully carry us on to future deals as well as having a partner that we can continue to do deals with if it all works out. We don’t care about hat seat we have in the bus just as long as we can be on the bus lol. We feel that our knowledge of contracting can get us in the door of investing with the right help. Is there anyone out there that is willing to lend a hand to us? We work harder than the rest we are dedicated and loyal as they come we have tried this in the past but the investors we partnered up with didn’t have the experience to really help they were going for the free work.
