Looking for capital
I know this may be a longshot but I am a real-estate investor looking for capital to fund my next property/properties. I currently own one duplex and manage another for an out of state investor. I am looking at doing a cash out refi on my current property at the end of the year to purchase my second small multi-family but would like to purchase another before then.
