GA Consultant for Cost Segregation Report and help Depreciation
Hi all,
Pretty much what the title says. I do not have a huge portfolio, so I am looking for someone affordable, but I do not help with this.
Thank you,
Connor
@Connor Castillo what kind of portfolio do you have? Happy to help!
@Connor Castillo - feel free to reach out via DM or email with your questions. Thank you!
We work with a great cost seg company. They only charge $2500 for a full study. And $900 for a Rapid study, if you have all the detailed information.

@Connor Castillo As a CPA that focuses on Cost Segregation, a solid real estate accountant may be your first need, followed by finding a Cost Seg provider if needed and beneficial to you. (Although I'm a CPA, my focus is the Cost Seg piece, not the tax prep piece.)
Before ordering the report from the cost segregation study, have a conversation with your accountant to see if the added depreciation will be beneficial to you.
