2 LAKEFRONT Houses - looking for someone who wants to rental ARBITRAGE my houses

I own two different lakefront properties < 1 hr from Dallas near Gun Barrel City on Cedar Creek Lake. I work full-time and don’t have the capacity to manage the short term rentals, so I am looking for someone who wants to partner with me and pay me a fixed monthly rent to cover my mortgages, and then you operate the 2 properties as short term rentals and you keep all the cash flow.

The first property is 4 bed/ 3 bath and 2,637 sq ft with a two story boat dock, hot tub, large second story balcony, fire pit, and remodeled kitchen and bathrooms

The second property is 2 bed/ 1 bath with a boat dock, large upstairs covered balcony overlooking the water, and remodeled kitchen and bathroom

You must have previous experience with short term rentals.
