It looks like the Dade—Broward—WPB market is moving again. After a quiet

period, I start getting deals. They are good opportunities—hitting

the 1% rule and 60 ROI in 5 years. I am expanding my portfolio for STR

rentals. PM lenders, LPs, JV partners— looking to connect.
