I’m a Florida-based contractor with over 7 years of experience in remodeling and renovation, especially for fix & flip properties. I regularly travel to other states for work and can stay on-site for the entire duration of a project. I’m open to two types of partnerships:

Renovation Services — If you already own a property and need help with the rehab, I’m available to join the project and handle the renovation work. I do quality, hands-on work, keep to the schedule, and communicate clearly throughout the process.

Joint Fix & Flip Projects — I’m also looking for investors who are interested in partnering on a flip. I can handle all renovation work, and we can split profits once the project is complete. I’m flexible on deal structure and open to new opportunities.
