Wholesale Deals in Santa Barbara

I’m currently looking to acquire a distressed property in the Santa Barbara area, specifically in Hope Ranch or the Mesa neighborhood. I’m targeting a Spanish-style home, or a property that can be renovated and transformed into a Santa Barbara Spanish/Mediterranean exterior.

My ideal property:

  • Is off-market or distressed (value-add opportunity)
  • Has strong potential for high-end renovation and appreciation
  • Either already has Spanish architectural elements or can be reimagined with classic SB/Spanish charm (think white stucco, red tile roof, wrought iron details)
  • Preferably situated on 1.5+ acres

I’m a serious buyer, ready to move quickly on the right deal, and have a vision for restoring and enhancing Santa Barbara’s iconic aesthetic.
