Eviction attorney in Minnesota (Anoka County)

Any recommendations for an eviction attorney in MN?  Ideally an attorney familiar with Anoka County.  

I own a 17 unit apartment building in a LLC, so need an attorney in order to evict in Anoka County.

I've tried cash-for-keys and other incentives and unfortunately not working.  Need to take the next step.
