Direct lender seeking investors to fractionalize $3.5m

I'm a direct lender based in Los Angeles working with a company with over 20yrs experience in the lending space.  Seeking investors looking to put their money to work and earn ~ 1% interest per month.  Working with a borrower seeking about $3m to $3.5m cash out in second lien position. First lien is between $10m and $20m.  Luxury property in Los Angeles.  All servicing agreements in place.
