Lender and broker reference

Hi all,

I'm currently working with a client seeking financing for a real estate land and construction project in the state of Jalisco in Mexico.

They have a strong track record. They led a 105-unit ground-up residential development in Boston through underwriting, capital structuring, zoning, and early construction. They executed a 100-unit luxury rental with retail in a supply-constrained neighborhood, covering co-GP underwriting, capital stack design, and partner coordination. They delivered a 200-unit historic mill conversion in Lincoln, RI, spanning adaptive reuse feasibility, cost analysis, and consultant coordination.

We are looking to connect with direct lenders, private lenders, hard money lenders, banks, or financing brokers interested in

construction and land-related opportunities.

Target rate is ideally around 10%, though the borrower may consider up to 12% depending on structure and terms.

If you or someone in your network may be a fit, please feel free to reach out.

Warmest regards,

Hossein
