Seeking Private Lender for 10-15k land loan in Pueblo West Colorado
I'm one of 3 court-appointed co-personal representatives of a Colorado probate estate. The estate owns a vacant parcel of land in Pueblo County, Colorado that is free and clear of any liens.
We're looking for a short-term, first-position loan of $10,000–15,000 to cover estate administration expenses while probate is being completed. The loan would be secured by the property, and we're happy to provide documentation, including the court's Letters of Appointment and property information, to serious lenders.
We've contacted several hard money lenders, but many have minimum loan amounts that exceed what we need. Because of that, we're hoping to connect with a private lender or investor who is comfortable making a smaller, asset-based loan.
