Contractors for Rehab of apartment units

Hi

I am looking for a contractor to do some major work at an apartment complex. Two units need complete rehab  and the apartment is in suburbs of Naperville.

    For two full unit rehabs, I’d look for a contractor who already works on occupied multifamily rather than primarily single-family flips. Scheduling, tenant coordination and keeping the rest of the property operational can make a big difference on these projects.
