Louisville Real Estate People — Who Do You Know?

Louisville Real Estate People — Who Do You Know?

I'm recruiting for Joe Homebuyer of Kentucky, and I'm looking for a very specific kind of person to join their team.

Not necessarily the person with the longest real estate résumé.

The person who can SELL.

Someone competitive. Charismatic. Great at building relationships. Comfortable negotiating. Relentless about follow-up. Excited by real estate investing. And the kind of person who takes ownership of a deal and doesn't stop until it's across the finish line.

We're hiring a Real Estate Investment Sales Specialist to own the disposition side of the business—working with wholesale, wholetail and flip properties, building the cash-buyer network, developing agent relationships, marketing properties, negotiating deals and driving transactions to close.

It's full-time and in person in Louisville with a base salary + uncapped performance-based commission.

An active Kentucky real estate license is great, but we're also considering candidates currently pursuing licensure who can be licensed before starting.

So here's my ask:

Who came to mind while you were reading this?

Tag them, send this to them, or message me privately and make the introduction. I'd love to meet them.

@Brittaney Lopez I am not your person but anything coming up in the south central/BG area you can shoot my way.
