Hi All,

I'm working with a client that has flipping experience is new to the area and is looking for a property up to 200k.  Do any local Sacramento Wholesalers have something in the pipeline that meets the criteria below?  Also, would love to hear about the last local deal you wholesaled.

-Sacramento/West Sacramento/Antelope areas

-Prefer 3bd/2BA min

-70-75%ARV (I can help with comps if you like)

-Major fixers are ok

-No war zones.  Should be B or C house.
