Property management boot camp whats a fair price and is there any interest in the subject

I am looking at feedback as to what investors ( especially newbies that are venturing into C class properties out of state) would think about attending a REAL Bootcamp Seminar focused on how to manage from afar and more importantly how to manage your Manager.
What would be a fair price for this in your opinion and or is there any interest at all.
The course would be taught by a 20 year + veteran PM who specialized in turning D an C class properties around and working with city governments to revitalize areas. This course would be tailored to out of state investing and as I said lower end cash flow rentals. It would include how to conduct due diligence on a specific property as well before jumping in and hoping it all works out because the nice salesmen told you it would :)
