Looking for foreclosed mobile homes on land, lenders?

Hi Folks, We buy mobile homes on land here in GA in a wide circle around Atlanta. Inventory is low. I'm wondering who lent on mobile homes that I can to find inventory lists?

We've been paying $25k or so for a 2000 or newer double wide on 1 acre or more.

Lenders and their asset management dept name and contact info?

Your ideas to find double wide's on land foreclosures other than MLS?

We've been buying from HUD, Fannie but those days are winding down.
