My wife and I do some wholesaling and are looking to get more involved in flips. We have one now in East Dallas and are looking for more once this one finishes.

We are looking for properties generally east of DFW Airport (e.g. Dallas, Richardson, Plano, McKinney, Allen, Farmers Branch, Carrollton, Addison, etc.), $150-$400k ARV. Any size or condition as long as the numbers make sense.
