This is NOT a joke - I am selling a gas station with NO GAS. The gas pumps are broken but the silver lining here is that it comes with a convenience store that is rented for $5,000 a month. The owner ran into financial trouble and when the gas pumps broke down, he ran out of money to fix the pumps. Check out my blog post about it here:
