RE lawyer in Cleveland, OH?

Good morning!

I'm working on buying a wholesale deal in the Cleveland market and plan to use cash from a private lender. He's a friend that hasn't made a private loan before so I need a lawyer familiar with Ohio usury laws, promissory notes, and real estate investing that can help me make sure we're doing everything correctly and protecting everyone appropriately.
