Question.
How can I get multiple properties in different states under one name to offer to an end buyer? I need 35 more to present, have 20.
Would an assignment of contract or double closing be best?
The 20 are from 1 seller, and I have looked at more than the other 35 that meet the criteria, but at least 3 other sellers are involved that I am direct too. The others are hit and miss.
