Investor Fix and Flip Loans Available/ No Prepayment Penalty.
We have fix and flip lenders available in 50 states. We are based in Colorado so the preferred programs are here in Colorado, but we do have lenders who will lend in all states. None of the programs require a pre-payment penalty. None of the loan programs are 0 down financing. All of the lenders expect the investor to have some $ in the project.
