Seeking Chicago Real Estate Mentor - Willing to Compensate
Hi BP Community!
I currently own and self-manage a three unit building in Chicago. My goal for 2015 is to do a minimum of two fix-and-flips. I've identified partners with fix-and-flip experience and secured funding. Given its size and the number of neighborhoods, Chicago can be a complex marketplace. That is why I am seeking an experienced, local real estate investor to be my mentor. We can discuss an hourly compensation rate/consultation fee. Additionally, I am willing to complete real estate related tasks on your behalf, as a form of compensation.
I have my bachelors and masters in Accounting and have been a CPA since 2007. I am detail oriented, highly motivated and have a strong work ethic. Please be prepared to discuss the current state of your real estate investment portfolio, your track record and your expectations for our mentor/mentee relationship.
