There is a small storage business for sale in Thermopolis WY with another office building. It sold for $250,000 five years ago and it had to foreclosed on. It has been offered to me at a very reduced price. I do not own it and I do not have it under contract. It currently brings in over $2000 per month and still has one or 2 empty units. I am asking for $10,000 to negotiate a successful purchase. I believe I could get it for around $200,000 cash or slightly more with a large down payment and terms.
