Inventory Needed PDQ or ASAP!

Minimum criteria is 3 beds 2 baths, 1100 sq. ft., average area rents above $800, preferably in or near B class areas. On properties that meet the criteria, an offer will be made quickly, usually within 1 day. I will need as much information as possible on each property, preferably in an Excel Spreadsheet for quicker response. Picture links are welcomed in the spreadsheet, dropbox, etc. If not in excel format, expect a delay in offers. Off market only. Need properties for buy and hold strategies.

I will convert data submitted into the required format.  Can look at 40 to 50 a day.

Purchase Price up to $125K ($140K if the numbers work).

Will consider properties that need minor to medium rehab, in addition to move in ready and occupied properties. Contractors, agents, and PM teams are already on the ground in the target areas. Off market preferred. Will look at discounted expired MLS listing as well.

Please don't ask market price if it makes no sense.

Nothing built before 1950.
