Lakeland, FL Members: Property Scout Wanted

I need someone to drive by a property in Lakeland, FL and photograph the exterior as part of my due diligence on a loan I am extending to a BP member.  Tasks:

-Verify that the property is tenant-occupied.

-Note any repairs or defects in the property.

-Email me your photographs.

I will pay $50 for this service, which should require 10-15 minutes on-site at the property. The house is located in zip code 33812.  Photographs are due by February 24, 2015.
