Green Horn looking for Mentor
Hello BP community. Im new to BP and love everything i've seen and read so far. Im looking to educate myself more on what to look for and how to calculate good deals on multifamily homes. I'm currently looking to either sell my single family home and take the equity for a down payment or keep it, refinance and take cash out for down payment on my new venture. I would like to meet other BP members that reside in NYC if meetings are arranged. I would like to meet with a Real Estate Agent from NJ to assist me on my search for a multifamily home. If anyone here could recommend one I would appreciate it. My goal is to own 100 unit but I think thats the beginning of a passion that will grow.
