Wholesale Account Executive
We are looking for energetic and dedicated mortgage Account Executives who are excited about the opportunity to create a new market with a truly unique product, and can put it in the hands of the top Brokers and Bankers in the business.

General Responsibilities

  • Identify the best potential wholesale partners in your market.
  • Establish relationships with wholesale partners and present Privlo’s unique products and solutions.
  • Conduct all activities related to managing potential partners’ movement through the sales process, culminating in an established partnership and an active account.
  • Actively manage existing accounts to ensure the highest level of customer service is delivered to our partners at all times.
  • Participate in the collection of information to support the creation of new products and solutions for your customers.
  • Train partner LOs and staff on Privlo’s mortgage products, guidelines, and processes ensuring a consistent, high quality deal-flow.
  • Monitor and report on pipeline performance on a daily basis.
  • Maintain a high level of daily customer contact activities including phone calls, in-person meetings, group training sessions, emails, and other engagement activities
  • Work at least 40 hours per week.
  • Make daily sales calls out in the field, in partner and prospective partner offices, and wherever else is necessary.
  • Participate in conferences and events, and meetings of industry associations.
  • Provide accurate, daily reports on your activities and progress toward objectives.
  • Participate in training and exchange of best practices with other team members.
  • Other duties as necessary.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years as an Account Executive with current experience in wholesale and a substantial production history.
  • Strong, established relationships with leading companies and individual LOs in your territory.
  • Current knowledge of related software including LOS systems (Encompass, etc.), Due Diligence Portals (Comergence), CRM (Salesforce), and MS Office.
  • Access to an automobile, a clean driving record, and appropriate insurance to allow you to visit customers in your assigned territory.
